American commentator Alex Beber, who recently visited Nigeria and says he has witnessed the country's realities firsthand, has reacted strongly to comments made by Pastor Enoch Adeboye concerning President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's handling of insecurity.
The debate gained attention after a video surfaced online in which the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Adeboye, defended President Tinubu against criticism over rising insecurity in the country.
According to Adeboye, President Tinubu has done all he can within his capacity to tackle terrorism and insecurity, stressing that the president cannot personally wear military uniforms and go to the battlefield. He urged Nigerians to direct their concerns toward officials and agencies responsible for implementing security measures rather than placing all the blame on the president.
