The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has intensified its global advocacy efforts by declaring its weekly "Tweet Tuesday" campaign compulsory for members and supporters across the world.

The movement called on followers to take to social media platforms every Tuesday to amplify demands for the release of its leader, Nnamdi Kanu, while promoting the ongoing agitation for Biafra's self-determination.

According to messages circulated among pro-Biafra supporters, participants are expected to engage in coordinated online activities, share campaign materials, and push designated hashtags aimed at attracting international attention to Kanu's continued detention and the broader Biafra cause.

Supporters of the movement describe the initiative as a peaceful digital campaign designed to keep global focus on what they consider a struggle for justice, self-determination, and the protection of fundamental rights.
